#4 The Demon Trappers: Foretold by Jana Oliver

An amazing ending to an amazing series!

Unsurprisingly Jana Oliver has yet again created a realistic world through description that easily creates an image in the reader’s mind. I very much enjoyed reading this book and I am sad to see the end of this series, but Oliver has not failed to disappoint!

This story includes action, magic, power, love, hate and respect. I particularly admire how the main character Riley has developed throughout the books. She has always seemed to be someone who is selfless, but throughout the series, and certainly in this book, she has stood up to people when needed, helping others when no one else can/will. Oliver has created a strong character which people can relate to in their own way.

The overall plot of the story is impressive, with many detailed facts of the demons including the different grades, descriptions and personalities. The life of a Demon Trapper is described to us in such detail that is makes the idea of the book feel more real, so Oliver has been effective in creating a world that sounds impossible, yet feels real.

Overall I have enjoyed following this series and the life of Riley Blackthorne - through the tears, laughter, support and respect, Oliver has not failed to bring everything to this story.

I look forward to reading more books by Jana Oliver!
